The IsoPharm Dairy Analyzer is suitable for measurements of milk, butter, cheese, whey protein, and dairy powders and non-dairy alternatives. Analyzers can be configured to measure liquids, solid samples, powdered samples, and whey slurries.
The dairy analyzer is easy to use. Simply dip the probe in the sample, press scan, and in seconds you have all your properties reported, easily and accurately. Or use automated online measurements for instant real time results. Measure properties such as:

Online or In Process Dairy Analyzer Systems
Online analyzers are suitable for food processing environments and are wash down rated. Automated integration provides real time analysis to your process control system.
Using Near Infrared (NIR) technology for its analysis, the IsoPharm samples the product with a fiber optic probe inserted into the product flow. The probe is retractable and employs a clean in process (CIP) operation for sanitization integrity and easy maintenance.
Utilizing LT Industries sequential multiplexer, one analyzer can measure up to 20 different measurement points, allowing you to measure at all critical stages of production with one analyzer, and one single tie-in to your DCS.
Bacteria and Microorganisms
Bacteria levels are critical to dairy product quality and freshness. LT-NIR IsoPharm Analyzers can monitor bacteria levels in dairy products. Measure the Total Bacteria Count (in CFU/g or CFU/mL) in Raw Milk and spoilage of final products as well. Traditional tests are time-consuming with visual and computer-assisted counting performed in a laboratory. With LT-NIR, measure bacteria content and spoilage rapidly and accurately. Online measurement of these properties is also possible.
