The IsoPharm Dairy Analyzer was designed with versatility in mind. With the ability to measure a diverse set of dairy products, from liquid milk to powders to solid cheese, the Dairy Analyzer’s value can be realized by a wide range of dairy producers. The Analyzer provides a wide range of measurements critical to quality of dairy products. With a choice of Laboratory, At-Line, and Online/In Process analyzers, there is an Analyzer right for your needs.
The IsoPharm Dairy Analyzer is suitable for measurements of milk, butter, cheese, whey protein, and dairy powders and non-dairy alternatives. Analyzers can be configured to measure liquids, solid samples, powdered samples, and whey slurries.
The dairy analyzer is easy to use. Simply dip the probe in the sample, press scan, and in seconds you have all your properties reported, easily and accurately. Or use automated online measurements for instant real time results. Measure properties such as:
- Non-fat solids (SNF)
- Saturated and Unsaturated fatty acid
- Freezing point
All these properties and more can be measured within seconds either online or in the lab with the IsoPharm Dairy Analyzer. Contact us for more information regarding your specific requirements.
Laboratory Dairy Analyzers can be a complete analysis solution for validation and quality control. All of the above properties are easily measured with a single scan. Furthermore, the analyzer is versatile – it can measure all dairy products:
- Powdered Milk
- Ice Cream
- Sour Cream
Analyzers can be used to increase laboratory testing efficiency and improve product quality. Online Analyzers take these same measurements directly to the process which can result in large cost-savings from controlling blending, fermentation, raw materials and final product quality
Online or In Process Dairy Analyzer Systems
Online analyzers are suitable for food processing environments and are wash down rated. Automated integration provides real time analysis to your process control system.
Using Near Infrared (NIR) technology for its analysis, the IsoPharm samples the product with a fiber optic probe inserted into the product flow. The probe is retractable and employs a clean in process (CIP) operation for sanitization integrity and easy maintenance.
Utilizing LT Industries sequential multiplexer, one analyzer can measure up to 20 different measurement points, allowing you to measure at all critical stages of production with one analyzer, and one single tie-in to your DCS.
